- if there is no sun step outside and inhale fresh air
- drink water - the more cups the better
- listen to one song that makes you happy
- talk to one person you like - do not hesitate to reach out
- stretch; don’t forget about your body
- smile in the mirror
If loving yourself happens to always be around four in the morning, dancing in front of a mirror to the music playing out of your headphones- then so be it.

my teacher sent a student home today because the student had had an anxiety attack earlier in the morning and she said “if you have a broken bone, you don’t just keep walking on it and damaging it more, you treat it. Your mental health is the same. Health then school.”I was about to get really angry but it took a different turn than I expectedwe really need more teachers like this

Sounds good right? Well it’s not really. It wasn’t intentional. It’s largely due to illness. But the thing is, it doesn’t matter how or why you lose weight — people will compliment it. Even if your new weight isn’t healthy, people tend to view it favourably. You can’t know, just by looking at someone, that weight loss or gain has been healthy or desirable.
Just something to keep in mind before commenting on someone’s weight.
